MEDLINE database is the U.S. National Library of Medicine® (NLM) premier bibliographic database that contains more than 25 million references to journal articles in life sciences with a concentration on bio medicine. A distinctive feature of MEDLINE is that the records are indexed with NLM Medical Subject Headings.

Select research
Select MEDLINE database
Login with your libraray card.
You will come to main index screen.
You can search by date of publication, publication type (government document, autobiography, case reports, or case study), and search for full text articles only.
As you type in search bar MEDLINE will auto fill what it thinks you are searching for.
Once your search term comes up, select and hit search. Database will now return relevant articles to your search.
As an example, I selected the first article in the search return.
The article now loads into your browser. If you look in the upper right hand corner of screen, you will see icons to print or download article.
