Universal Class - Free Education Offered by the Brentwood Public Library

Universal Class provides high quality, online courses to help you learn the skills needed to achieve your goals. Courses are not just tutorials; they are real. They include lessons, exams, assignments, discussion boards and actual assessments of your progress to help you master the learning outcomes.
Universal Class courses are International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) approved.
Universal Class is offered by Brentwood Public Library. Classes are free and very easy to follow and learn. https://brentwoodny.universalclass.com/promo.htm
To get started click on register button and follow instructions to create a free account. If you already have an account, select sign in button.
If you are returning to continue with a course and have an account, click the menu bars and select sign in.
Once signed in you can see the wide selection of courses to concentrate in. Take some time to browse the education catalogs to see what skill you would like to build.
Once you create an account and have logged in you will get an informative dashboard of the current courses you are taking.
Your achievements are recorded and kept online.
If you are interested in the healthcare field you can select Health and Medicine which offers over 45 online courses.
Once you click on category you will see all the courses you can select under Health and Medicine.
For a course you already started it is very easy to log back in and pick up where you left off. Just click on the My Classes icon
At the end of each chapter you are presented with a quiz. If you want to graduate and receive certificate you will have to take quizzes and pass after each chapter. After the last chapter you will have to take an aggregate final exam and pass. Once you have passed all quizzes and final exam you can proceed to download certificate for course.
